Adriel is passionate about the financial services industry. He has spent his entire career working with complex financial challenges, both as an advisor himself and as an owner and executive. As CEO, he oversees corporate development, strategy, and planning.
Since 1998, when Adriel graduated from Seattle Pacific University, he has worked in a variety of roles—in mergers and acquisition, technology, finance, management, and investments at GE Capital, VR Business Brokers, and UBS. Originally hailing from the Washington DC area, he has lived and worked in London, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Hawaii. He draws upon this array of cultures, background, and perspectives to create the vision and future direction of the company, its culture and its impact on the community.
Adriel serves as both Board Member and Investment Committee Member for the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle. He previously served as Treasurer and Board Member for Technically Learning, a non-profit group dedicated to helping kids learn STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) through robotics. He enjoys playing his guitar or piano, snowboarding, martial arts, and riding anything with two wheels (and a motor, preferably). When not working, he can usually be found enjoying Washington State’s wonderful parks, travelling and eating his way around the world, or moonlighting as a cook in local restaurants. Adriel and his wife Holly have a Jack Russell Terrier named ‘Milbert’ who can often be found wandering the halls of the Viridian office.
