Adriel’s primary focus is strategic planning and development, with overall Profit and Loss responsibility. He spends a significant amount of time on talent acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, and creative deal making.
Adriel has been in the financial services industry since graduating from Seattle Pacific University. In 2020 he completed his Executive Education at UCLA's Anderson School of Management. He has a deep passion for this industry and has worked in support functions of technology and finance as well as core functions of investments, business development, and general management. For several years he worked at a variety of Fortune 100 companies, giving him tremendous perspective when negotiating deals, making complex decisions or financial calculations. Over his career he has closed multiple deals for clients as well as for the firms he represents.
Adriel grew up in the Washington DC area and has lived in Philadelphia, San Francisco, Hawaii, and London. He loves to travel and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the US, and parts of Asia. His current favorite cities to visit are Ota, Mondovi, and Los Angeles.
In his free time, he volunteers as a board member and investment committee member for the Ronald McDonald House in Seattle, tries to play the guitar, snowboard, and ride anything with two wheels and a motor. He has a passion for cooking and enjoys moonlighting as a line cook – previous restaurants have included Top of Waikiki in Hawaii, La Spiga in Seattle, and various stages. He is always interested in talking about food!
