Reginald ‘Reg’ Tilley
Reg has been a financial planner for over 30 years. He has always prided himself on providing all-encompassing wealth management services, with special focus on asset allocation and portfolio management strategies, emphasizing retirement planning and investment during retirement. Reg earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textile Technology from North Carolina State University in 1970, a Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) (concentration in Finance) from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro in 1977, and received his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1987.
Prior to becoming a financial advisor, he worked in several different industries, including retail banking, large scale manufacturing, and heavy construction. More recently, he has been involved in real estate development (senior housing projects) and, over the last 20 years, he has gained significant small business experience as an investor and Director at American Waterways, Inc., a Portland, OR based firm specializing in fine dining while cruising the Williamette and Columbia Rivers. He serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board for the firm.
In his spare time Reg enjoys golf, sailing, fly-fishing, and an occasional bike ride.
